Welcome to the DDOwiki!

Welcome to DDOwiki, the collaboratively edited and written information database for the Massively Multiplayer Online Roleplaying Game (MMORPG) Dungeons and Dragons Online (DDO).

Server migration - update

Just as an update - we've discovered that the migration to a new server will take longer than planned, because we're be moving over nearly every page on the wiki by hand (and in the process, checking them over for errors, and in general improving the quality and organization of the entire wiki at one go). Due to this fact, the database has been un-locked, so that you may edit in new data. However, as we move pages, we'll be marking them as Migrated - this will be obvious, and once a page has been migrated, we ask that you not edit it further on this wiki, because those changes won't get transferred to the new wiki. We won't be outright locking pages we migrate (due to possibly necessary Module 6 changes in the near future), but please respect the 'Migrated!' notices. Thanks for your patience. elliottcable (talk, site) 02:55, January 27, 2008 (EST)

Server move

We are currently in the process of moving the wiki from one server to another. The wiki will continue to be available, but you will be unable to edit the content until the new wiki is available. When the move is complete, the wiki will be much faster, as well as much easier to browse. If you have any questions, just jump in the chat room and say hi! elliottcable (talk, site) 00:53, January 23, 2008 (EST)

Live chat

We've added a new way for editors to collaborate on content and discuss DDO - live chat! Feel free to join in anytime, it can support up to 15 channel members chatting at one time. It's a great way to work with other editors, and work out content disputes. If you want to discuss something with other editors, you can get in the chat room and add the {{chat_now}} template to the existing talk page discussion! There is usually also a sysop in there, or one willing to jump in there quickly, if you need something taken care of. elliottcable (talk, site) 22:43, January 20, 2008 (EST)
